Great read!! Twisted, damaged, well written, and a all around great read. David "Threat" Banducci is a real piece of work. He works hard to live up to the name and has a body that he has honed too. He hasn't had it easy with a stripper Mom and an absent Dad who didn't acknowledge him until he could start paying out in his tattoo shop. Now his Mom has run off and married some rich comedian who is the Father to the girl he used to tease in school, Leah. Leah gets a call from her Dad that he met and married a lady friend. She has a son who will be moving in with them and she should go introduce herself. She is shocked when she realizes who it is. Threat's Dad smells blood after Leah leaves and decides to dangle a wager Threat's way, which he takes. How far will Threat go to win the bet? Things aren't all happy family like Leah's Dad try's to make them. In fact it's quite the opposite. There is a huge a attraction between Threat and Leah though. Leah thinks it's enough to change somethings but the past is too deep. Words are said, feelings are hurt. What Leah doesn't know is she does change Threat for the better but she will.

This is an exciting story. The characters are awesome.
Leah is the Daughter of a wealthy Comedian/Magician. It has been just her and her Dad sense she was little when her Mother abandoned them both. Leah strives to be the best she can be ,the best Daughter, the best student. Leah just graduated with a 4.2 GPA and is accepted to Standford college. Now her Father tells her he has just married again and she has a Step-brother. When Leah finds out the step-brother is her bully from high school and he is moving in with them she freaks out!. David remembered Leah as being stuck up and mean. Then Davids Dad makes him a bet if David aka Threat can corrupt Leah he will pay him different amounts of money for every bad thing he gets her to do drinking,drugs, ect ,and if he gets her to sleep with him he will give Threat the Tattoo polar his Dad owns lol. Boy you talk about a stormy relationship this couple has one!. You will love this book!

Hot hot hot stepbrother romance!
I got this ARC fir an honest review and it was perfection!
Leah, the introvert bookworm is faced with a new challenge, her dad has remarried and she has a new family, which includes a big stepbrother.
What she doesn't expect is for him to be her worst enemy, he has come back to torture her all the way from her High school nightmare, and he is hotter that she remembered.
He has a lot of hate saved for little leah, she was a brat in school and probably still is, so the bet seems like a good enough idea for threat.
But when they let go of the past they realize that there's so much more than hate between them, and its steamy and ready to explode!
This book for me was great! It was perfectly written and had amazing characters.
You love him even when he is being an idiot and you hate her when she runs from him!
